试论《山海经》的宗教特性

论及《山海经》时，一般认为这本古典著作所描述的奇山、异草、怪物、神灵、神话等多属荒诞无稽之谈。实际上，这些所谓的“荒诞无稽”恰恰反映出了古代中国人的宗教观念，体现出中国古代宗教的一些典型特征。今天，我们从比较宗教学的角度出发，对该书中这些宗教特性加以分析、探讨，并研究其与古代萨满教的异同问题，当会对中国古代宗教的形成、发展及对古代中国人精神世界的认识大有裨益。     

Influence of embedded cell on formation of broad acoustic band-gap in the three-component crystal slab

The influence of embedded cell on the formation of broad acoustic band-gap in the three-component crystal slab is analyzed by calculating the acoustic transmitted energy of the epoxy resin matrix with one embedded cell, which consists of the elastically soft rubber coat and the inner core steel cylinder. It is found that the broad band-gap in the three-component crystal slab results from localization of the acoustic wave energy in the rubber coat for a broad ultrasonic frequency interval. Comparison between experiments and calculations shows good agreement.     

基于RBF 神经网络的调制识别

针对通信信号这种非稳定的、信噪比(SNR)变化范围较大的信号,利用遗传算法训练的径向基神经网络分类器对各种调制信号的特征矢量进行分类识别,充分发挥径向基神经网络的广泛映射能力和遗传算法的全局收敛能力,并在遗传算法中加入了梯度下降算子,克服遗传算法收敛速度慢的缺点,加快了遗传算法训练神经网络的速度,使得分类器的识别率和鲁棒性得到明显改善。仿真实验的结果证明了此方法的有效性和可行性。     

基于关键视频帧跟踪数据的三维虚拟人动画

根据VRML中H-anim标准对虚拟人进行几何建模.在虚拟人文件导入过程中,利用有限状态机(FSM)对文件进行解释,为便于虚拟人的显示及控制,以树型数据结构表示虚拟人几何数据,完成了一个用于三维虚拟人动画的开发包VHASDK.建立了人体运动中世界坐标系及各关节点的局部坐标系,利用逆运动学计算出关键帧中人体各关节点相对于初始状态下的位移向量及旋转轴角,在虚拟人的动画过程中对关节点旋转采用四元教球形线性插值法进行平滑处理.最后完成了一个原型系统,采用多个虚拟人及多种人体运动方式进行了系统验证.

TTDN1 is a Plk1-interacting protein involved in maintenance of cell cycle integrity

Polo-like kinase 1 (Plk1) is a highly conserved serine/threonine kinase that plays critical roles in many cell cycle events, especially in mitosis. In the present study, we identified TTDN1 as a potential interacting partner of Plk1 in yeast two-hybrid screens. Sequence analysis indicates that TTDN1 contains a consensus Plk1-binding motif at its C terminus. TTDN1 colocalizes with Plk1 at the centrosome in mitosis and the midbody during cytokinesis. TTDN1 is phosphorylated by Cdk1 in mitosis, and this is required for its interaction with Plk1. Site-directed mutagenesis indicates that TTDN1 is phosphorylated at multiple residues, including Ser93 and Ser104. Mutation of Thr120 of TTDN1 abolishes its interaction with Plk1, suggesting phosphorylation of Thr120 in the consensus Plk1-binding motif is required for its interaction with Plk1. Overexpression of TTDN1 or its knockdown by siRNA causes multi-polar spindles and multiple nuclei, suggesting that TTDN1 plays a role in regulating mitosis and cytokinesis.
